Am a newbie, barely clocked a week, so don't kill me for asking about earnings, but how much traffic is required on the articles for someone to have any earnings on HubPages Earnings Program?.
I have two featured articles and haven't yet linked my earnings program to my Google AdSense account.

      Hi there, welcome smile

It usually takes a while to see any significant earnings. It's hard to say because you might hit the traffic jackpot with a single article.

You'll see a few cents at the beginning, and the more you write, the better the earnings. I could be wrong, but at a rough guess 1000 readers per day will earn around $3 per day (variable). A couple of writers here make $10k per month yikes

Edit: Just saw your articles, you need to write material that has a long shelf life. Don't focus on current affairs as those kind of articles are out of date almost as soon as they are written. Plus, with topics like Donald Trump, the competition is huge. Not worth the effort.

Only when they post utter drivel big_smile

Keep writing. Try to find that little seam of gold (topic that people are looking for info on) that can yield article after article.

Yeah, am technically not a writer, scientific reports is the closest i've gotten to writing. I chose those topics because they are current affairs and thus have much source material available to pick from. I didn't want to get stuck up in the forums asking for help. I'll generate better articles once i get familiar with this place.

You'll find all you need to know about earnings here https://hubpageshelp.com/money/

It is not easy money as far too many newcomers seem to think.

Hint:  the letter "I" should always be capitalized. Grammar and Spelling do count on this site.
