Hello everyone. I'm a new hubber, its been one week now and I have published around 12 artifices. However, I have read many forums but I still can't understand how to affiliate my account with amazon ad program.
why shouldn't I use the amazon capsule present in the tools ?
Ms Fatima, If you shouldn't use Amazon capsule as per rules, there wouldn't be a widget. However, instead of using it, if you give a link to the product in your text capsule, using the link URL option, experts say, it is not causing much disturbance to the reader. The URL link also identifies you as an affiliate. You need not enter into Amazon affiliate programme separately. Good luck.
HubPages does not want us to use the Amazon capsules. The editors will remove them. Use text links instead.
Very often some editors will remove the text links too is my experience.
Yes, they often do that too, but it is a little less likely.
There are specific guidelines for the use of Amazon products in articles. If you do not follow the guidelines, your text links will be removed.

Last night I couldn't get an amazon capsule to appear in my new hub. I kept getting a message that says "Something went wrong..." I need this capsule to show the product I am talking about in my hub.

I am confused about putting a product on my hub. I can do the product, but if I try to imbed the description, it is HTML. I cannot find an answer at Amazon or in the FAQ here. I am a new associate. Thanks.

For my first hub I asked my mom if it would be alright for me to do a review of her book. She agreed and I wrote one up. I intended to post a link from my hub to her book on amazon, however, upon further reading I read it is generally a good idea to have one or two hubs already posted before I try...
