Is it okay to deactivate my Google Adsense settings here on HubPages? Also, how can I payout my earnings from Google Adsense?

There is no longer Google Adsense settings on Hubpages. There is just HP Ad Program and Amazon. To cash out on Adsense I think you need to contact Adsense.

If you want to get your AdSense earnings you need to have earned at least $100 there. If you didn't earn $100 the only way to get your money is to close the account. That is what I heard. I am a few bucks away from $100 on AdSense and there are no new earnings on my account as they mainly came from HubPages so I am not sure I will ever see that money unless I close my account.

You are right.  I just closed my account and got my $32 balance back.

Do check what the minimum threshold is in your country, because it varies.  It is lower than the normal payout threshold, though, wherever you are.

Thanks, guys! I've deleted my Google AdSense account last week. Based on the mail sent to me by Google, they will send my earnings given my balance is greater than $10.00. Luckily, I earned more than $10.Would it be automatically sent to my Paypal?

I thought they pay to your bank account from what I remember. Unless it depends on what country you are in.

Yes, that's correct. They have to have your bank information for you to get paid.

But, I don't remember Google getting my bank information. How is that?

If they don't have your bank information, how are they paying you?

I visited my Google AdSense account again. Good thing they still have the payment information available. But, I worry that transfer fees are more than the amount of money I will transfer. LOL I have like $15 in my AdSense account and two of my banks will cost me $20-$25 for the transfer fees.

Maybe you're thinking of the HP Ad Program. It's different from Adsense.

I don't want to close my account because it will be hard to sign up again.

Was thinking the same thing. I might need it again. No longer have my own sites and we don't need them here anymore, but I might need Adsense in the future. Actually while writing this, realized I do use it on another writing site but it hardly earns anything.

I've closed all my websites now.  I don't need Adsense on HubPages and I think it's highly unlikely they will reintroduce it, now it's gone.   If rejoining HubPages doesn't work out, I don't see myself trying any other avenue in the future, so I think I'm fairly safe to get rid of it.

My Adsense account is associated with an old email address which I want to get rid of, so that was the clincher for me.
