I want to know how to format my article in such way that when a reader click on a topic it will direct the reader to the topic explanation or discussion on that same page.

    Example:
    Types of poem
    1. Sonnet
    2. Ode
    3. Elegy   now when reader click on 2.Ode he/she will directly go to explanation on the very same page.

    Thanks in advance

It's not possible to add links in an article to another part of the article.

You can add a table of contents at the beginning, but there's no way to jump to the relevant section sad

Sure you can. I did it in my last article on worst and best dog breeds for children with autism. You have to use HTML, just like when you set up a table of contents, but the method is the same.
In my article I highlighted "the list below" in  (You can check the list below for other suggestions.). The sentence is under the worst dog breeds, but the link takes you to the list of best dog breeds.

You have to view the HTML to work out the exact URL of the capsule to jump to. Usually, the end result would be something like www.example.com/this-is-my-hub/#mod_1234567

I think you have to learn basic html especially hyperlinking and do it. If you already know it that is fine otherwise just go through some online tutorials and that is all. Hope this helps.
