      This is an important topic and you have covered it well.
      
      Unfortunately, there are many grammatical errors throughout. Get the article proofread by a fluent English speaker/writer to help you correct the problems.
      
      You can also try the free app, Grammarly, but it won't pick up all the errors.

   Thank you for your valuable feedback. I have used the Premium version of Grammarly and corrected a few grammar and sentence structure mistakes. The article has been corrected. Kindly check.

      Think about this sentence, "...anyone who goes online, becomes a part of fraud or scam one way or the other."
      
      This is patently untrue. You may mean that they become a potential target, but they do not become part of a fraud or scam.
      
      Under the email section, "The basic method is to send spam letters to your clients." Do you mean email client? It's better to use 'email address' in order to avoid confusion. Or are you addressing people in the third person? "They are sent to your target audience..." Whose target audience? Do you see how unclear it is?
      
      Here's another one, "Once the victim receives an email with demands for money from their bank account, they will frequently email the person who sent the email, and the victim will receive the request."
      
      There are many unclear examples throughout. "It persuades the user to purchase and download unwanted and potentially hazardous software by scaring it."
      
      Scaring what? What is 'it'?
      
      I'm sorry I can't go through the whole text, but it still needs work to make the sentences understandable.
