    This is the article: https://hubpages.com/education/Why-does … cation-fee

I was actually kind of proud of it and it is not selling anything at all.

      Hi there,

      I see several issues.

I'm not going to comment on the content - I feel you may be breaching some ethical code, but not sure.

Firstly, you need an introduction to explain what the article is about. I haven't clue what this school is, or where it is, or why you think discussing its fees is a worthy topic.

Your subheadings should be written in title case with no full stop/period at the end.

Proofread carefully. There are several grammatical errors throughout.

There seems to be a lot of repetition. To be honest, you could write the whole article in a single paragraph.

Make sure you cite the source of your images. They have to have a Creative Commons or Public Domain image. As a creative, you must know the importance of giving credit for work.

      Good luck.

You may not be getting a fee or other reward for writing this article, but it comes across as an advert.

To paraphrase a well-known saying; if it looks like an advert, and reads like an advert, then it is an advert.

HubPages does not publish articles that promote a business.

        What causes that impression?

That link at the end definitely makes it self promotion, which is not allowed here.

If this is not a paid advertisement, the first thing would be to remove the link to your blog that sells Amazon materials.

I'm pretty sure that's been added since I read it.

      Yes, get rid of it.

And instead of the general Pixabay thing at the end, use the appropriate spaces in the image capsules to mention the originator by name and link to the actual image. It's just a polite way of giving credit.

It does look like an advertisement because
    1) a student who did the course and benefited should show their art and discuss what work they got that paid back the investment (if this didn't happen, financially they made a bad investment). -
    2) A person not just promoting would look at counter-arguments and discuss who would benefit from the investment and who wouldn't (the type or art taught, the number of people who finish the course etc)

If this is not an ad it needs to stop looking like one
