I feel that the below mentioned articles are really poor in quality and I wonder why they got approved at the very first place.

It's not good to call out other writers in that way. If you feel the articles are sub-standard (and there are many on HubPages, which is basically a holding pen) use the flag icon on the left of the article.
The reason why there are so many poor articles is that some are really old and have just hung around. Another reason is that I've noticed that if a writer persists on publishing, eventually the articles will be approved even though they have snowball's chance in hell of being moved to a network site. You will recognize these writers by their low hubber score.
As I say, flag, don't call out.
Edit: the first one looks new. Therefore it will fail QAP in the next day or two. I haven't looked at the other.
