   The word "discipline" connotes act of imposing strict rules of behavior or the practice of training people to obey laws and order and punishing them if they do not. The mountaintop of achievement in every facet of life could be reached through self discipline. Discipline is  a situation of perfect standard. This means reaching to the highest standard possible on character and attitude. Discipline does not only entails the act of physical training but emotional excellence as well.
      
        A creative man is always motivated by the desire to achieve, discipline must be applied,. 
   What are the benefits of discipline?-
          It enables an individual to reach the highest peak of excellence
          It provides for an individual,the fuel to work more towartset objective
           It makes an individual realise his full potential
        Excellence is a state of flawlessness,and which can only be brought by discipline.
