    Whats with all of those links? They do not improve the article to the reader but will manage to drive any potential readers away from HP. If you really feel they are necessary references, add them at the end in a separate capsule and hyperlink them there. (This is probably the main reason this article was not featured.)
    There is only one text capsule and even the subtitle was not written correctly. Break up the sections into separate capsules (Why Millenials are Not Going to Clubs, for example) and add the appropriate and correctly written subtitles.
    Finally, who is this written for? "Tips on How to Get Millenials to Visit Your Club" might get some traffic. Are any of these tips original? (I am not familiar with your field so cannot say.) If they are not, and these tips are just things that other people have posted, do not expect to have any traffic once it does get featured. The best way to get traffic is by offering an original insight.
