Thanks, Marketing Merit. I checked my Google Adsense account (which was and is closed but allows me the option to view my payment information) and it looks like I need to reach the $100 payment threshhold to cash out.  At least that is what is says.  The thing is, I am no longer using Google Adsense since HP appears to no longer use it.  I was only using it on HP.  Therefore, I would not reach the $100 threshold anytime soon or possibly ever.

My payment setting on Google Adsense appears to be accurate so that is good.

I am wondering if anybody has been successful in cashing out their balance on Google Adsense if it is below the $100 threshold?

Thank you again, Marketing Merit.  Your feedback was very helpful and appreciated!

If you have over $10, you should be able to claim your earnings. Though, if you closed your account, you should have received the balance already.

Thanks, theraggededge. My account has been closed for months if not longer but I never received my earnings (which are above $10 but below the $100 threshhold) even though my payment settings are accurate.  My balance still shows up on my Google Adsense account so the money is there. How do you go about claiming the balance if Google Adsense states you must reach the $100 threshold to do so? Thank you in advance.

If you can access your account, it probably isn't closed. You need to contact Adsense for advice.

I know that some hubbers received their balance - GA says that there is up to a 90 day wait.

Both I and Rupert got paid after closing our AdSense accounts, but it took longer than 90 days because of the pandemic shutdown. I think it took about 5 months in total. Here's the old thread about it. https://hubpages.com/community/forum/34 … se-payment

If you haven't already done so, here's how to cancel (close) your AdSense account. https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9914

If you can still view your Adsense account, then it is not closed.  You need to apply to close it, as per the link above.

It does seem odd, but even though my account is indeed closed, the option is offered to "Access your closed account's payment information."  That is how I know my balance is still there.

It says, "payment" not "balance", right? Which suggests they have paid you, but maybe you haven't received it?

Yes, it says "payment" but guess what? When I looked in the same location today, it now shows a zero balance where my previous balance was displayed, and there's a notice saying my payment was issued on 10/31--the day I first posted this concern. The balance is currently pending in my bank account. Problem solved.

I think the Google Adsense police patrol this forum. Or else my post 2 days ago happened to coincide with the day Google Adsense decided to pay me. I am inclined to think my first theory is true. smile

Thanks again to everybody who responded.

No, the Google police don't patrol this forum. We are much too insignificant.  It's just that you're psychic!
