"Living is like tearing through a museum. Not until later do you really start absorbing what you saw, thinking about it, looking it up in a book, and remembering - because you can't take it in all at once."
    — Audrey Hepburn

Beautiful picture to go with this outstanding quote.
Oh...how I wish we could absorb it all at once, but it us quite alot to take in all at once.
      Life's journey

This is very true, it is hard to take everything in at once. I often find myself thinking about something random that happened years ago.

Same here, funny how our minds do that.

“Living life backwards is always 20/20 vision.”

Kenna, I’ve been mentioning Audrey Hepburn a lot recently in my American nostalgia articles. Earlier this evening, I was gathering material together for my next article—1929—and see that she was born that year.

I remember seeing her in Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Breakfast at Tiffany's is one of my favorite movies: Directed by Blake Edwards, Music Henry Mancini, "Moon River" is a favorite song; It’s serious, but so funny. Mickey Rooney is fantastic as the tenant upstairs. Patricia O’Neal, George Peppard and Buddy Ebsen also star.

She insisted on singing it, and not having it dubbed, since she took such a beating over My Fair Lady, half dubbed.

She did a beautiful rendition, and pooh on the industry.

I so love the picture!!! It is said, take life one step at a time. It'll be very overwhelming taking it all at once. Life adventure happens an hour a day (wink)

Yes. It does. So much to do, have and be.
