Hi, Laxmi. You have two options at the moment.

If you can find an article very soon after it has been published and while it’s still on the HubPages site, you can comment on the article.

If you can find the article in your feed, you will be able to comment there. You can click on the word “HubPages” at the top of this page to get to your feed.

The only other choice is to wait until comments are reinstated on all articles. That should happen in June. If the article you want to comment on was published long ago or if doesn’t appear in your feed, you’ll have to wait for this option.

The comment field is popular. I look forward to its return, so readers other than HP writers can comment — not that I mind HP comments. I had a reader email me saying he couldn't comment on my article, so he put it in the email.

That feature is temporarily not available. The owners say it will come back, but I think it is almost a year or maybe a bit more that the feature is not active anymore.

Keep a watch in the feed. Right now you can catch any article here and comment. But if it is too far (too below) in the feed, you do not see it. I read your nice article about egg shells but could not comment as I did not find it here. It might be too far to dig.
Blessings. Keep up your good work. Write as many articles as you can before something remunerative really happens here.
    All the best.

Laxmi, you need to follow the author. When you will follow an auther you will get his/her newly published Hubs on your feed, then you can comment there.

Laxmi, just click on the HubPages logo at the very top of the page. Your feed is there. You'll see new hubs from people you follow, comments if there are any, and notifications of who has recently followed you smile
