Following the suggestion given by a fellow hubber, I tried to sign up google adsense account by opening 'affiliates'.There , when I attempted to fill the last five digits of my phone no. Even if i typed correctly. it is giving the notice that my phone number or zip code is wrong. But both of them are correct.I checked them by opening myadsese registration form.It is correct. Why it happens thus?
Try asking AdSense help, I think that would be the best, it's their form.
