Wondering if users who have been inactive for years still earn anything.
Yes, if their articles are being read.
I didn't write anything for almost three years and still got payout each month.
It is right that if content is getting traffic earnings would be there irrespective of the member being active or not.
Yes, traffic is what counts in terms of earnings. But I thought awhile back they were deleting accounts that were not active with at least a log in. Hopefully staff will clarify.
Good question. There was a concept of "idling" hubs some years back. Nowadays, my assumption is that they'd just move the article out of the niches. If it's in HP.com or Discover is doesn't matter.
I looked up an account that has had no activity in several years, and they still have articles on the niche sites.
Perhaps staff occasionally logs in and makes an update, changes photos or something to keep the niche pages up to date?

Is Google mad at me? I don't think I've ever had a 0 cents day. How would I know if I've offended the Google gods?

As far as I can tell, this article's ad revenue doesn't need to be disabled because it does not fall outside of the standards for receiving ad revenue. It would seem some of the language is triggering the automatic features. I could be completely wrong, though. Second opinion? Objective input from...
