      Hi there,

Your title must be in title case. Use this site to fix it: https://capitalizemytitle.com Ensure ALL your article titles and subtitles are in title case.

Make sure your content is unique. There are a million articles on the web that already have this information, including a whole bunch on HubPages.

You need to add something different or a personal perspective.

      Good luck.

Vicmez? The thing is that your article title and the sub-titles are not in the APA format.                                                 Here's how you should write the title (of any write). '6 Ways To Manage Your Stress'.                                               The sub-title or sub-heading should go likewise, thus: Eat A Good Breakfast, Exercise Regularly, Get Enough Sleep, Do Something Nice for Yourself, Plan Ahead, and Take A Vacation.                                        Remove all the semi colon(smile after all the subheadings. And, you should put the sub-heads in a capsule.                                           One more thing is that your article seems to be one among the millions on the internet. Why not update it with the latest updates or unique things about good food, exercise, sleep and so on? Glad you do. Good success to you.

I would make each stress management technique a separate capsule with the technique as the title.

When you write online, you should bear in mind that most people will be reading your article on their phones.  You need to make your articles easy to read on a phone and attractive to the eye, with titles and sections that give the eyes a rest between sections.

Proofreading would help catch such things as "Eating a God Breakfast" (I prefer a good one) and "Execise Regularly" (Exercise). There are other errors.
