Got the Hubpages Weekly newsletter. Noticed that the traffic has fallen by 8% this week, compared to the last one.

Overall, my traffic has almost halved in the last 6 months or so, despite publishing around 50 more hubs in this year alone.

I just hope that the team is working behind the curtains to fix the issue.

Mine has actually spiked in the last two days. Users are up 77.1%. Daily views are the highest they've been in all the years I've been a member. I don't know what's causing the spike, but I'm very pleased.

Check your traffic sources, ranked by day instead of all time. Is cdn.ampproject.com one of the high rankers? HP did some changes so that now some of our articles are getting more traffic through this source, mobiles. (It is a part of Google but they count it separately than the Google.com search engine.)

Actually, yes, Dr. Mark. In the last 24 hours, cdn.ampproject.com is the highest source of traffic followed by pethelpful.com.

They still do not rank for all time but when I look at daily views they are now number 3. The earnings are just like search engine, not social media, so I hope it keeps up for all of us.

There seems to have been more high volatility Thursday which reversed some of the gains from the update at the end of last week.

There seems to have been more high volatility Thursday which reversed some of the gains from the update at the end of last week. I reckon that video that covers the screen is making readers back out their views even get registered. The close button still didn't work the last time I checked.

I've not really seen any significant change since the Google update on the 20th/21st of this month, which seemed to improve traffic slightly.

If you're making a comparison with six months ago, that means you're including the late December 2021 update, which was maybe the worst in recent times. That said, a fifty percent drop is huge, I've not had anything like that!

As far as earnings go, which are the bottom line for me, they dropped dramatically in summer last year and have largely been stagnant since then.

Seems to be another update or very high volatility at least according to Semrush.
