What categories should my artcile be in

but I'm not sure what "Topic" and two "subcategory" choices I should choose.
It's currently in the "Politics and Social Issues".

I've always found it easier to recall and expound upon topics that are presented randomly in the discussions. When it comes to "coming up" with a topic for an article, I draw a blank for weeks at a time. So, I've naturally become partial to forums. This happen to anyone else?

Help me - My article is not featured
My article https://discover.hubpages.com/sports/in … kobe-japan is not featured and reason is mentioned as spammy elements in it. I tried to repair it as much as I could but it is still in unfeatured category. Any hints or tips? So that I can improve it.
