I’m not sure if this is the right way of opening a discussion/forum thread to comment on an article but here goes…
O love the free-flowing, clever rhyme, John. And micromanaging a vacation can lead to problems. (Lol.) Traveling can become a mine field at times…especially on those occasions when Murphy’s Law seems to be working overtime. Thank you for this delightful read, John.

Hello Genna. Thank you for starting this thread and sharing the link. There is already another one but you wouldn’t be aware of that unless you follow the person who started it, so not to worry.
I am glad you liked the rhyme and flow of the poem, and the Murphy’s Law influence on the airport story.
I enjoyed the poem and the airport story that followed. Combining the two gave full meaning to the trials and tribulations one can experience while attempting to start a relaxing vacation. Well done, John.
Ohhh…I’m so sorry, John, I didn’t realize. Could you possibly let me know of the person so I can follow in the future, assuming that other threads will also be published? HP has made this comment process so clumsy, if not offputting entirely.
I meant to ask if anyone has tried to create a forum thread when they publish an article and include a link to that thread in their article for comments. Assuming HP allows this, it might help to have everyone on the same page, and to make comments easier for everyone. All they need do is click on the link.
Genna, HubPages does not allow articles to have links to HubPages.com. And that’s where the forum is. Doing that will cause the article to not be accepted for any niche site.
Genna, the article was in response to a challenge by Brenda Arledge, https://hubpages.com/literature/forum/3 … hn-hansen-
Yes, as Glenn said in regard to placing a link to the forum in an article. We also can’t start a forum thread linking to our own article, but others can do it for us.

I won't be here for the next few days, but I really don't want to miss this opportunity. As I just read yesterday on Mr. Bill's blog that none of us truly knows when we will experience that last wondrous moment of our life. We shall not waste time and should live life to its fullest. John has...
