Hi there, wondering if you could help?

During the day I will dip into the App whilst on my phone, and most of the functions work fine.

However I can't get the Delete to work in a post I have made in the Forums. The option is there, it's just nothing happens when I try to select it.

I'm in a good signal area, and all other functions that I can tell, are working.

The Delete option is fine on the Desktop version when I'm writing using my PC.

Sometimes I have to press and hold Delete and get it to 'open in new tab'. Then it works. Happens to me on other sites too esp when trying to download.

Thanks for your feedback on this! I went back in and had another look but could not see that another tab was opening. It only happens for me on the App (I am an Android user) but on the web based page it all works with no trouble.

Now this is something I didn't know! I just looked it up on the App Store in case it needed an update but it's gone. A quick internet search showed me this. The App is no more!

That wouldn't be a technical glitch.

I didn't know there was one. Isn't that just the mobile version of the desktop website?

The question that cross my mind is whether you're doing the 'delete' after about 5 to 10 mlnutes or more.                                                    In that case it wouldn't work in a 'forum' post, because it's already time barred.                                   Critically, as regard your use of desktop, I assume you're writing on a notepad or MS Word document?                               Seriously, anything can happen, a glitch or malfunction in your handset device.
