Frequently Asked Questions Formatting

    I plan to add FAQs to some of my articles. Is there a particular format to follow? Have you had success with a specific design?

    I was told to use "FAQ" rather than "FAQs" as the pluralization is incorporated in FAQ.

    There are a number of ways it can be done. I think one text box with the topic and FAQ as the main title. The questions can be subheadings, provided that the answers are reasonably substantial, at least a couple of sentences. I don't think this works if the answers are very short.

    That's my typical approach. I have used other methods when circumstances demand. SEO is a consideration as you want to have common questions as headings in most circumstances.

      Thanks, Paul. I wrote the abbreviation out. We'll see how it plays out with the niche.
