Looking to see if anyone else is having the same issue with the TAG ads, specifically on Delishably. They work for me on Dengarden, but continuously push white space making the articles unreadable on Delishably. They do not appear on all articles, but the ones they are on, all react in the same way. I have to try and catch text to make the scrolling stop, but I can't scroll back up to read the content I missed, because the white space will start pushing down again.

The ads that I have seen are listed below and they all result in endless scrolling white space. They are recognizable by their small pictures surrounded by white space and the sponsered name below.

If you are not experiencing this and know how I can resolve this issue on my end, that would be appreciated! My computer is up to date and I'm having the same issues on my android phone and husband's iPhone.

These two longer articles typically have 2 such ads if you want a quick look, these are probably a good bet to find one.

      Hi Cholee,
Yes, I see what you're seeing. I checked two of my articles on Delishably and it's doing exactly what you described with the ads you pointed out. I checked the articles you posted and they look fine, no white space.

Not sure this is related but I noticed today that views on my Delishably articles are up, with red arrows. That's unusual. I wonder if HP is working on something. You might want to post this forum under Technical Issues so Matt will see it.

I sent an email to Matt two weeks ago. After sending videos and screenshots earlier this week, he continued to say ads were fine for him.

I posted here trying to see if anyone else was having the same issues or if it truly was a problem with my system like Matt suggested. I found it hard to believe given that my sister and husband's phones run on different ones than my Chromebook.

I posted the links in hopes they would still contain the ads. The problem is ads are always changing and those ads do not appear on every article all the time. When they do however, I cannot read the article. Refreshing an article might make the ads go away or coming back to it later, but honestly that's a hassle I'd like to avoid.

That's great news! Is it possible they were linked in the news section or shared on MSN? That's mainly what I've noticed when my articles get red arrows. I haven't seen any in a while, but it would be amazing if Delishably could get some traffic back.

Yes, it would be nice to get that traffic back. Thanks for the background, Cholee, on what you've been going through. I haven't been paying enough attention to notice if this had been going on for sometime, as you report. I hope Matt takes another look. It definitely is a real thing. People will leave the page if they think that's it! The ads are necessary and annoying. But they shouldn't be so necessary that they ruin article format and reader experience.

I agree! I find it hard to believe they can't be fixed. The ones on Dengarden are exactly like the ones on Delishably, but they are rendered properly and do not interfere with the ability to read the articles. It would be nice if the ones on Delishably functioned properly for everyone as well.

I initally noticed it on Pethelpful by accident. Those TAG ads were different, but it made me curious if other niche sites had them. I'm not seeing them anymore on that site, so I don't know if they are fewer and far between or if they ultimately removed them.

Unfortunately I do not think it will get looked into further unless readers bring it up as being an issue.

I see what you mean now. I'll have this looked at and see what we can do.

What I see on my Delishably articles is a link to another article embedded awkwardly.

Ad might have been the wrong terminology. They appear like ads to me, because they are formatted exactly like one. However, you're right, they all link out to sponsored articles on other TAG owned websites. Usually Men's Journal, but I've seen Powder and Parade too.

I'm mainly wondering if those links push white space for everyone or just me?

I don't see white space, but mine look like they're crammed into the article.
