My article https://discover.hubpages.com/sports/in … kobe-japan is not featured and reason is mentioned as spammy elements in it.
I tried to repair it as much as I could but it is still in unfeatured category. Any hints or tips? So that I can improve it.
I don't find it spammy, but I do see where you can some improvements. You should have at least 2 photos in your article and they need to be properly licensed and attributed.
I would work on the titles for each of your sections. For example, you have "Results" I would suggest changing that to "The Para Athletics Championships Results" This would better your odds with Google searches.
You also have a lot of white space. I would cut back on that.
I hope this helps and good luck!
The only thing I could possibly see is that your images both might link to the same source location.
You also have some grammatical errors in your article that need to be corrected. For example, in the first paragraph, you wrote:
"It features athletics events contested by various athletes, from different countries, with physical disabilities."
First, "athletics events" should be changed to "athletic events."
Then, as the sentence currently reads, it might sound like the countries have physical disabilities instead of the participating athletes having them.
To avoid confusion, this phrase could be reworded to something like "various athletes with physical disabilities who come from different countries."
Remember as well that that the titles of your text capsules need to be in proper APA format. For example, you wrote:
"A brief classification of competing categories"
Using proper APA case, it should read:
"A Brief Classification of Competing Categories."
Your sentence that begins with "In the present championships" is a run-on sentence and should be broken into two sentences.
In your article, you list 10 "eligibilie impairment types." You might want to put these 10 categories into a numbered or bulleted format. It is much easier to read and comprehend a list that is numbered or bulleted.
Just so you know, the title of your article is currently in proper APA format. However, it is a bit too long. Titles of articles should always be clear, complete, and concise, but tell the reader exactly what the article is about. In Google or Bing's organic search results, a potential reader is likely to skim a title instead of reading it verbatim, so the shorter the title, the better.
The title of your article should also contain some of the major keywords that you are optimizing. You can also mention one or two of your keywords in the caption below your first image.
