I have placed the Amazon ID in my Affiliate Settings and have received an Amazon Association.
But I don't see any Amazon Ad on my hub. Do I have to configure something manually to enable this?
Thanks in advance
After you've added your Amazon Capsule Go to Amazon pick a product double click on it, it should go to a single sales page. Copy the URL
open your Amazon capsule and paste your product in where it says
No1 Amazon URL or ASIN or ISBN:
Then you can ether review it or just press save.
To write your hub you used the text capsules and photo capsules. To have Amazon products in your hub you have to use the Amazon capsules: if you want to put products on your old hub then go to the EDIT button, ADD MORE CAPSULES (Amazon capsule is there like any other). The capsule will appear at the bottom, click EDIT on this capsule and there will be two choices: CHOOSE SPECIFIC PRODUCT or CHOOSE KEYWORDS. Once you chose products click SAVE. Hope this helps. If you have more questions contact me from my profile. Welcome to Hubpages and good luck!
You have to add Amazon capsules and pick products. They aren't like Google ads which are taken care of automatically.
You can similarly add e bay capsules and get benefit of referrals.
Thank you so much for your inputs
Relache, 2Tony, vox vocis and for your welcome note.
Thanks Jyoti, I'm going to apply to ebay after I post some more hubs and try what you suggested.

The nice thing about the new Amazon capsule is that it displays the description text in the same size as the rest of the hub. This can be beneficial and may turn into better sales. So I reorganized one of my hubs, moving much of my text from text capsules into the Amazon description fields. This...

So, this is the third time HP has snipped Amazon from my hubs. Every time one of my Hubs is edited by HubPages to add to a network site they snip any Amazon capsules on the Hub. The Amazon capsule is always extremely relevant to the topic discussed and is not spammy, yet HubPages doesn't seem to...

If one is left behind in technoogical race, he is always at a loss. It always hurts me that there is no provision for pasting a HTML code at hubpages. There may be a policy of HP for not including this element. All the hubbers loose greatly on this account. Although I am sure some of...

I understand the rationale for removing amazon capsules. I'm very careful not to include amazon capsules unless they are 100% relevant, and I can provide a personal opinion. I rarely do more than one per hub.HP is not only snipping amazon capsules on hubs for niche sites, but also just to have a...

Janderson just submitted some great suggestions on this thread:http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/126313#post2666393and I think this one deserves a suggestion post on its own. We're always being told to be discriminating with our Amazon capsules - less is more, they must be directly related, etc...
