Is it possible to send a message to all my fans at once? If not, would this be a good feature to add?
It might seem like a handy feature at first glance, but it would be nothing more than an Easy Button for spammers...

Well, wyanjen is right. If that kinda thing is enabled you stand the risk of getting concentrated spam! Thousands will join HP just to make use of that feature. Spam might start pouring in full blast that your computer might even explode!
Fans get alerted to when you publish a new Hub. So... keep writing!
Check out HubPages Feed; you can use the Status Updates feature to post a broad communication outside of the forums.
Let people know to check there for your posts.

I was just getting ready to send a hub in an email from the email option that used to be in the Share section. I couldn't find it.. has it been gone long? Or am I missing something?

I don't often lose fans, but when I do I always want to know who it is I have lost in case they only joined my fan club long enough to get me to join theirs so they could improve their odds of getting my viewings on their hubs. By the time you get to 200+ fans it is virtually impossible to work out...
