Good luck looking for the people you need.
But, on another hand.. How Can I Advertise My Blog?
Sounds like you need to do some reading, learning and then more reading and learning, then you need to be some of YOUR effort to "advertise" YOUR "blog".
I can tell you, it does not start here in this forum.
However, Welcome to HubPages!
Like Cagsil said it does not start here in the forums however the forums do help but you have to take the same time and effort you put into writing your "blog" to reading and meeting new people and if they find your "blog" interesting then they will follow.
Another thing HubPages is not a "blog" it is a collection of articles sort of like you would find in a magazine or newspaper that Hubbers write on different topics.
My suggestion: read read read
Welcome to HubPages and Hope you get a hub and picture up soon.
