Something strange?

    Hey Hubbers + HubPages Staff,

I am curious about something really strange on the HubPages Feed.

I notice that when scrolling down, from beginning to end, that certain portions are repeating themselves????

I am not sure why this is happening or if anyone else has noticed it also.

    If more clarification is warranted.......

I can scroll down, let's say 7-8 items on the Feed, and then those same 7-8 items reappear, before showing me other things on the feed. Then, when it does show older stuff, it reappears yet again, as you continue to scroll down, before it shows you even older stuff on it.

Hope that clearly states my intended question. smile

I am taking something it just has not started working yet. I damaged my knee about 20 yrs ago pretty bad and it acts up now and then.
I am fine other than that and when the meds kick in I will go write a hub that would Make Stephen King proud.

I always find it interesting that when people tell me about doing damage to themselves that they are in pain because of it.

I shattered my right wrist about 20+ years ago and have no issue whatsoever with it. Do realize- shattered means 500 pieces. wink

I am not usually one to compare ailments and old injuries. I have to many lol lol but the only one that ever give me real trouble is this damn knee and I think it is probably because you cant just stay off of it no matter how hard you try.

It is truly a sad testament to our time. when two reasonably intelligent people resort to the virtual equivalent of second grade social skills via the internet to hold a conversation.

Oh well, I guess admin can close to reply this thread.

It is apparently only my issue and I will stop using the feed.

Thank you kindly for helping keep the thread up at the top, but now it can die. hmm

mad so now you don't want to talk to me huh?

Cagsilposted 13 years agoin reply to this

It's not that. But, there is no reason to continue this thread. We can always hijack another thread.

Apparently, the problem is mine and for me to deal with, by not using the feed, so with that said- I'd rather no occupy a "report a problem or suggest a new feature" thread, when there is no logical reason for it.

It has nothing to do with you. wink smile

        Cags:

It definitely sounds like a slow-loading browser issue.  If you aren't already using Firefox, try it instead.  If you are, clear your browser cache and start over.

Thank you kind Maddie. Always to my rescue. lol lol

I am presently using Firefox browser and already used my cleaner on my computer.

It's a re-occurring thing. I guess I'll stick to the forum threads and leave the feed alone.

But, do appreciate the time. wink big_smile

You can close this to reply. smile
