I know that once you publish a hub you shouldn't change the title because it affects . . . well I don't fully understand it, but I know it's not a good idea, especially established hubs. I know we can completely change our hub titles but I wondered if the first title we used is still ours or any there after for that matter even though we changed it?

Do you update titles when you update articles?
If you go back and update an article that is not getting many views, do you change the title? If so, does this change the URL, and basically make it a new article in the eyes of search engines?
