Can someone tell me how to upload a picture here from my computer?
You'll have to upload it to a hub or to elsewhere on the web before you can post it to the forum. Do you have it uploaded on facebook or such? If so just get the url of it by right-clicking on the image, then paste the url here with the img tags around it like shown in the formatting tips.

Can you not alter a picture size anymore in edit or is that just a glitch? Now when I try to upload a small picture it blows it up and warns me that I have a blurry or pixalated image. Of course it is. I upload a 350 and you blow it up to 650...its gonna be pixalated!

Why do some of my pictures show up in Pinterest and some just show up with a HubPages logo? Also, when I add pictures to my hubs, it doesn't always show up in the edit phase, any ideas?

I uploaded a video to create a video hub yesterday, and it is still "formatting" almost 24 hours later. My other videos have formatted a bit faster than this one - is there a problem with the video formatting process, or am I just being a tad impatient?
