      It must feel awful to be in the middle of it. I agree with lorlie6. Call and talk to people who know you and love you. If they do go to court, remember they still love you.

         yeah but it's not just now i want to fighting to stop. like they fighted over what school i go to whos class i should be in when went to preschool.and they fighted over what job i should take. they don't just fight about the little stuff, they fight about the big stuffand i am afraid i will not be able to see my dad

   Helpgirl, if they're fighting that badly, there's probably not much you can do for them.  They need to figure all their problems out themselves, but you do not need to be in the middle of it, like bayoulady said.  Hopefully you can find someone, somewhere to talk to so you can feel some peace about this.

                     MINE, TOO.  And bayoulady, there's nothing quite so depressing as being lured into such caretaking.  I felt for this 'child,' and wanted to help, we both did.  God, sometimes I detest the Internet.
