Hi there, fellow hubbers A guy from Slovenia has decided to take part in the challenge. It looks like I'll be able to make it, considering I published 7 hubs in the last five days.
So no, I'm not a native speaker and yes, I do have problems with punctuality, but I'm also trying hard to write quality hubs, not just working on quantity.
I invite you to follow my 30 day struggle. If not for other reasons, then simply because you can tell your friends you know a guy from Slovenia. How many people can brag about something like that, huh?
I just published my 11th hub since August 30th, so I'm a bit ahead of my schedule. This is a great challenge and I suggest everyone to take it. You learn a lot about hubpages, hub creation and I feel my style of writing is improving, along with the speed of my writing.
Hey Petstrel,
Just to let you know, I've reviewed some of the hubs you've made and many of them are short on content.
When you are done with your 30 Hubs in 30 Day Challenge, you might want to go to the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread and get some advice on how to improve your hub creation skills.
Then again, it depends on why you're at Hubpages. (a) to write to write or (b)to write to earn.
Just a thought.
Hi Cagsil, thanks for the feedback
To be honest, I first registered to write to earn, but ended up with only a few poor hubs and forgot about Hubpages. Then I returned more than 6 months later (again to earn ), but got more passionate about writing as well in the process. Now I'm a bit of a Hubpages junkie. Sure, I still write some hubs to earn, but I also write Hubs just to write, I answer questions and am pretty much having fun.
My biggest problem is the fact that I'm not from an English speaking country so naturally, I'm having some vocabulary issues. To some degree this also results in my hubs being shorter (although I try to make them at least 300 words long). However, I do plan to (and I'm already doing it) to return and edit most of them as I learn the ropes. Add some content, change some capsules and so on.

A fellow hubber asked us to join her in a 30 in 30 challenge. When I look at the link I see it is from 2 years ago. We all want to do this but is it okay to post up our hubs to that thread still? Thanks!

ust a suggestion, why not make the 30 day challenge into a 60 day challenge with the second 60 days devoted to improving quality, backlinks, spelling etc.? That way people get to be in the moment creative and the quality gets to improve over time. This is pretty close to how I write anyway....

I started the Hub Challenge on Sept 28th, so my challenge will run from Sept 28 to Oct 28th making 30 days. I thought I would take a moment out and post what progress has been made so far. Well since you aren't supposed to discuss Adsense earnings that's out, but as far as traffic goes....Sept 1st...
