My first hub was published on 8-26, and my 30th on 9-15. Most of them are ok. The majority are a work of fiction I'm writing. This is all new material, not written before. Only one hub is simply a promotion of an interview and works of a researcher.
You can do it, but I can see how it would be difficult to find 30 fully different topics to hub on. It certainly would be for me.
