I have just sold(referred my first amazon product). I see potential here, I wish I would of signed up months ago.

It says the referral rate % will go up if I increase my referral sales. What is the maximum percentage this will increase to????

8.5%. But there are different caps for different affiliates/categories of products. See Amazon's Performance Fee structure.

8.5% ( highest ) looks to be good but we need to sell many item to get into that slab.

Yeah, 6% is more reasonable to get to. You have to sell like 3000 items to get the highest. (or refer I mean)

There are hubbers that reach 8%, and plenty that reach 7%. I should reach 7% for the first time this month.

One could argue that their Endless.com referral is included.  It is 15%.

Can we include Endless.com items in our Amazon sales capsules?
