I created a hub with a post, now I want to add another post with the same theme. I can't find a place to add one. Do I have to create anther hub?
If you wish to add more content you just need to add another text box which will be situated on the top right of the hub in edit mode

First off, HubPages isn't a "blog" type scenario. You don't post something small, then repost the hub.
HubPages are articles. The size is established as a "magazine" sort of article. So, it has to be wordy. At least, at minimum 400+ words would good.
If you want to produce quality content for readers/viewers, then add more content - 1000+ words or more, before publication.
You can use the "edit" feature on the top of each hub to make modifications.
But, if you use Hubs like a blog, then you only hurt yourself.

Click 'my account' and then click on the hub. Click edit at the top of the hub to go in and change it.
Of course, if you want to create a new hub, you can do that too.
