I'm trying to put a map in a new article, and there are several locations. Unfortunately, it is about a historic location that no longer exists, so I am unable to get an exact street address.
I've successfully put in two of the locations, which do still exist, but the pin for the 'no longer there' location comes up in the wrong spot, and I can't figure out how to move it.
It won't drag/drop. Is there a way to fix this problem? Thank you.
If everything fails, you can take screenshot of the map and manually mark to those spots using software like Paint.net and then upload these images.
wow, I was just thinking about it but eventually thought it could be a dumb answer, lol. I am just happy to see your answer here.
Thank you. I'll look into that. I wonder if MS Paint or Photoshop would also work?? I do have both of those.

Hi-- The new map capsule tool is a neat feature. I've used it once before, and liked it--I've seen it on others' hubs, and liked it. However, on my most recent hub, I included a map capsule, and pinpointed 2 places. The locations show up under the capsule in the boxes...

The push for using the map/poll capsules is well-intentioned, but it's creating a problem.Just keeping track... of the 30 hubs I've rated today, 8 have had map capsules. 7 have been for San Francisco. One has been relevant to the hub in question. This, at best, adds no substance to the hub. At...

When adding maps to a hub the first one is fine. However, if I add more than one map to a hub the second and subsequent maps don’t automatically refresh in edit mode.I’m not sure whether it’s a compatibility issue with the browser I use and HubPages e.g. Internet Explorer; and I don’t...
