Just having a small problem when setting up an ebay capsule. I'd like to display items from a specific seller but when I input their ID along with leaving the search box blank, no products are found. But I know they are selling items because I can see them if I visit ebay directly. I've tried it with several seller IDs now and can't seem to resolve the issue.
Am I missing something?!
Cheers for your help,
What about adding the specific keywords for the items in the search box, just might help!!
Yes that may help but I wish to use the function to show items from a specific seller, but I can't seem to get it to work right now.

This is what it says in the capsule and I'm sure it's simple. 'Unwanted items can be excluded with the addition of search terms to exclude with a - sign (e.g. "car -new").'Not to sure what they mean here.Help pleaseT

Do your eBay capsule work?
