My concern is why do they make it so hard when starting out to write a new hub, it should be here,s my name here,s my capsules that i want added ,and here,s what i want for the theme and backround... I read the the rules . why do they tell me no slander and porography i know that , and spam, and other stuff,... it should be straight forward and simple , for everybody...
The reason is that they need our confirmation each time we publish a new hub - for example, the TOS might have changed. It works the same way in the forums, every time you post you must confirm that you will abide by the forum rules. I see nothing wrong with this.
