i get the message from google below
Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after
reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into Google
AdSense at this time.
We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.
- Under construction
Under construction: We've found that your site's pages are incomplete
or under construction. We require websites to be launched and navigable
before being considered for AdSense. Your site must also contain enough
content for our specialists to review, and to display relevant ads.
Once the majority of your site is complete and functional, we'll be
happy to reconsider your application.

To update and resubmit your application, please visit

address and password you submitted with your application. Our
specialists will review your account for compliance with our program
policies, so please make sure to resolve all of the issues listed above

Please check my profile and tell me what is problem on my hub
You're from India and google will not approve adsense until you have had on line presence for six months, so keep writing more hubs and re-apply when the six months are up and you will get it if by that time you have published a number of good quality hubs.
