I want to publish my first pub, but I'm scared I'll get disapproved (awaiting Adsense approval). Can I still publish it?
I am reasonably certain that zero hubs is the gateway to disapproval.
Your question doesn't have much detail, and neither does your account. To start with:
COUNTRY - If you're in India or Asia there is a mandatory six month waiting period. You need to have six months of quality work before they'll approve you. This is due to high levels of spam from these countries.
HUBS - In most countries you'll need at least some proof of your work before you get approved. Try for five hubs.
PROFILE - There is no information on your profile. Try writing a bit about yourself and adding a picture.
Even if you write thirty or one hundred hubs before getting approved, it doesn't matter about the Adsense - it will just show 100% of hubpages own Adsense adverts. As soon as you insert your affiliate code you'll start showing your adverts 60% of the time.
Also, hubs can take 6-9 months to mature and get good traffic, unless you are proficient in SEO and keywords. Most people only earn about $5 in their first 2-3 months.
In the meantime you can apply for Amazon - they pretty much accept anyone.

I'm just curious if you earn more with Adsense or Amazon. I do much better with Amazon than Adsense.
