Can a hub get a "beta" or "RC" stage where it can be reviewed by a limited group of hubbers before actual publication? Or is that redundant and unnecessary?
The assumption is that real hubbers (instead of spammers) would want some private feedback from hub veterans instead of jumping straight in. Often, the first hubs are too short or slapped with various moderator alerts.
Some sort of "peer review" will give the hubbers proper feedback before they got slapped. Thus potentially less devastating to their ego.
Of course, we'll have to define what is a "hub veteran". Number of hubs? Hub score? Other?
it would keep the spammers down but it would need to be exercised with caution- many of us will look back at our initial hubs and think "oh that could be better if i wrote it now"

See http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/88292?p … ost1888404Do you think that would make sense? That is, to have two accounts here, one for your prime content and one for the stuff you hope might do well someday but just is not. You'd move all the sub-prime hubs to the...

I've been doing a lot of thinking about the types of services we offer Hubbers and how to help Hubbers improve.A few services that have been suggested- grammar and spell checking- suggesting edits- providing images/media upon request- formatting help (breaking hubs into multiple text capsules,...
