I just watched it for free on demand and I really liked it.
It was gross, (not hard to watch though), suspenseful (but movies don't get to me easily, and this one did not)
Director Tom Six said that he received death threats on his facebook page, when I watched an advertisement for the sequel to this on YouTube.
From what I gather, it's some psycho "doctor" who captures his victims (girls whose car breaks down and knocks on his door) and sews them together like a centipede. As they say, an experiment gone awry.
Creepy. Strange. Bizarre.
Not for me -- definitely not watching this one.
