I have found many hubs written in foreign languages. Those are easy to find and easy to flag.
But, what is the policy on hubs that are half in English and half in another language? There are several that have translated the article and included both versions.
What about RSS feeds that return foreign language?
I am interested in an answer to this - I am starting to make many of my web pages half in English / half in Chinese in side by side columns. Is this acceptable in a hub ?
On another note, I put a bablefish translator on one site that translates the whole page - and it is gaining a significant Polish following and registrations!
They must be primarily in English.
RSS Feeds that are primarily in a language other than English should be flagged.
I would have thought a program could find these articles not written in English. Apparently not!
