I just now heard from a close friend of mine that he was asked to do a phone verification to publish a hub, what the hell is going on here?
You might want to look at the top of the forum threads main page.
Don't worry there are free and easy ways to do it online if he doesn't have a phone... as I'm sure the spammers know!
