I'm confused about the new photo capsule and how to upload
a photo for my new Hub. A few months ago uploading a photo
was a lot easier and today,I am stumped on what to do.
Are your importing a photo from another site or are you using one from your computer?

I've never had this problem before and have always used Chrome. I try to upload a photo or other image from my saved files and the Hubpages uploader can't do it. This is driving me nuts! Anyone got any answers? Please??...
