Maybe I am very dumb. duuuuh.
I joined Hub pages to upload some pictures after viewing photos submitted by others.
    Where did I go wrong?
Did I join the wrong site?
    Any help is appreciated.

The hubs you are seeking with the pictures of Indian women have been removed, I believe, and the account suspended, probably due to copyright infringement.  It's never wise to upload any pictures here or anywhere unless you have rights to them.

Plus, as Rochelle says, this is a site for articles and content, not a photo gallery.  You can upload pictures to many other sites and display them, such as Photobucket or Flickr.

You can always do a photo blog on Blogger.  Just make sure you have rights to the pictures, because Google is really strict about that.

I think you are asking how to upload a photo to your hubpage. One solution for uploading photos is by going to google home page and clicking on "images". This will bring you to "google images". You then put in the search term of the image you are looking for, which I think in your case would be "indian Women", and click on "search images". You will then be redirected to photos of "Indian Women". You then need to chose an image that you like by placing your cursor over the image and right clicking your mouse. You would then chose to "save image as" (in most browsers). A window will open up which will prompt you to name the image that you want to upload to your computer. Most of the time this will be saved in your "My Pictures" folder, however you can chose to save it to any folder you'd like.

In order to upload a photo to your hubpage you edit your hub and click on the photo capsule on the right sidebar. You then edit the photo capsule and a small window will open up.You click on "browse". This will go to your "My pictures" folder. If your picture is in another folder you would need to "look in" the folder where the picture resides. You chose the picture that you want to upload and click open. You then would need to chose the "Maximum Image size" Most of the time "Half Width" works out fine. You then click "update" and "save". This will put the photo on your hubpage. At that point you can place the photo where you'd like in your hubpage by clicking the directional arrows.

Or are you looking for images to upload for your use elsewhere?===

I think this is not the purpose of HubPages. Do you have some  written articles to contribute here?

I thank you all for your input.
It is a good feeling when people respond and take the time to help others.
Yes ...indeed I meant to upload Indian photos since I just returned from there.
    My mistake.
Thank you all again and good luck to all.
