Can an advertiser buy ads on just my hubs, and in turn increase my CPM rate? Wondering if this is something I should be mentioning to the brands I work with and write about?
HubPages doesn't support this - better done on your own site. I've done this on Blogger in the past.
I'm pretty sure an advertiser can choose to target their Google ads at one particular web page or web site. I believe I remember seeing this within AdWords a long time ago.
Most advertisers wouldn't want to limit their reach like that. They want to spread the promotion to as many different sites as they can, in hopes that it results in more clicks, the appeal of your hubs notwithstanding.
