Has anyone else had this problem? Know matter what I do, I keep receiving a message that my answer/answers are incorrect. I guess I will just have to wait for the change to occur from HP's end. Unless someone can suggest something?
Thanks sofs! I have emailed repeatedly and followed all suggestions made, but still the message appears and I can't get past the security questions to sign up for the domain.
Jen this being the weekend you may get the staff to answer your mails until their Monday... But this was a glitch that was sorted out earlier.. relax they will soon sort this out..they may have mails piling up reporting the same thing .
