Hi, I am raising money for a cause (american heart association) and I was wondering if it is against the rules to post the donation webpage in one of my hubs incase anyone would like to contribute? thanks!
I'm not sure, but I had a hub that had to have the ads removed. It was just sample letters solicting donations, so I suspect it's something you have to use caution with.
I know articles on ways to raise money for charity are fine...must be some gray area in there.
I don't think it would be seeing that The American Heart Association is such a great cause. You could however contact someone at HubPages to make sure.

PROBLEM: Whenever I write a hub on a controversial subject, a number of people create new, fake hub accounts solely for the purpose of posting negative comments and feedback on my hubs and/or threatening me anonymously....

Is it cancer research or feeding children that most empowers you through donating to their causes? Please pick one or two that are important to you and possibly why.

Do advertisers pay Hub Pages to post their ads? I am learning to post affiliate ad links.Would it be possible to post such links on my Hub Pages hubs for free? If not, is such a thing being considered as a future...
