I am new to hub pages and I would like to know if someone can
give me some advise on how to sell my womens shoes through
social networking sites. I sell high end style shoes and not-so-
high end shoes, ranging from $20-$60. Any advise is surely
The word eBay comes to mind.
Didn't we just have somebody who wrote some hubs about high priced shoes, or purses, or something, and why they were worth the money? Where did that little whippersnapper go?
DEFINITELY NOT HERE..SELL IT SOMEWHERE ELSE WE'RE ALL HERE TO CREATE HUBS BECAUSE IT'S OUR PASSION,(WELL, AT LEAST FOR ME,LOL) RIGHT GUYS?
Hi Scott! Long time - no talk...guess you've been kinda busy...me too!
Well - so much for some helpful advice!! I agree - Ebay is one place - but if you want the high end prices, you might have to do some research online for a way to sell them.
I found a crafter's website community called Etsy.com and they market to anyone who is craft-oriented - I just started selling jewelry so this is perfect for me. They give you a website to display your craft on and charge 20 cents per item listed - up to 4 months...and then 3.5% when it is sold.
If you could find something similar for your shoes, that would be something to look into. There are other auction sites as well, and craigslist too of course.
Good luck and give me a shout sometime - we can catch up!
Yeah, you can't sell shoes here, or make a page here to use on a social networking site to sell shoes.
Thanks for the reaponse. Does anyone know of some other sites that
my shoe business would fit into? Since the economy has taken a hit, gas
has become an issue. I usually do swapmeets and shows, but people are
driving less. I've never done ebay. Is it difficult? Thanks for the help.
Well, this thread is for asking for help with HubPages...
*thinks for himself - I am getting popular among girls, woo-hoo!*
