I thought we are allowed only two outgoing links? I saw a hub earlier with 5 outgoing links, some of it linking to a main website and the others to other web 2 sites...

You can have more than 2 links, although if you go to ridiculous extremes, they might moderate it,
You cab have as many links as you want, they just have to all go to different urls and no "banned" urls. Some of my hubs are little more than lists of outgoing links but these are resource links on a niche topic and I have never had a problem.
