   how do i close the tags , the x mark on the tag is present on the hubeven after publishing

      Only you can see those marks as you are still able to update the tags after publishing while you are logged in. You can do this even if you are not in edit mode. You readers cannot see the "red exes", only you.

         Edit the hub, then edit that photo capsule.  You can change the wording there.

   just below the title of my hub , it says "by you 21 hours ago" .i need to change  ' 'you' to my name how do I do it. I am just learning and this is my first hub

      Not sure where you are looking - I don't see anything like that when I visit the hub.  It sounds like something put on by HP and only you can see it.  If you log out and then look at it is it still there?

   You will find the longer you work with HubPages, the easier it gets.  It's so easy to go back and change your title, edit the photos, etc.  Good luck.  Just keep on writing and publishing!
